Canada Shipments: Shipping Charges:
Freight Charges are based on UPS Standard Service Rate Charts Depending on Destination in Canada and Weight of the order. Estimated shipping charges are calculated automatically in your shopping cart. UPS may charge additional brokerage fees and customers are responsible for any duties or taxes billed at the border.
Other Options: You can select to request a shipping rate for USPS Priority Mail shipping to Canada by selecting from the shipping drop down menu. Shipping costs may be higher then UPS Standard, However, USPS does not charge brokerage fees.

Estimating Delivery Time for Orders: Shipments to Canada usually take 6-8 business days to arrive. - * Please note that Canada customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery. * Orders canceled or refused due to unexpected fees that are out of our control, are subject to restocking fees and returned shipping costs.
Central America, South America, and The Caribbeans. Currently we do not ship directly to Central America, South America, and the Caribbeans. There are many freight companies based in the US that can export your orders, large or small, to your country.
*Once you are set up to receive orders with a freight forward company, you can use their address to place orders. Unless you choose to pay with PayPal, you will need to select "other" as your payment method and let us know your preferred payment method in the order comments. Do not attempt to use credit cards as our website will not accept international credit card.

The referred companies are used often among our members. You may choose and set up an account with any freight agent of your choosing.

Here are the guidelines to receive a shipping quote.
1) Add items to your shopping cart using our online store.
2) Once you are ready, select your country on the check out page and click "Recalculate"
3) Choose shipping option "TO BE DETERMINED"
4) Click "Proceed to checkout" and enter you information on the next page.
5) Select "Shipping Quote Request" as your payment option and submit your order.
(DO NOT USE CREDIT CARDS or any other option)
6) We will review, add shipping costs to the order, and send you a no obligation PayPal invoice by email.
7) Once you receive the invoice, you have the option of paying for the order or declining it.
(Shipping cost are estimated, if we over estimate we will refund back the difference at the time of shipping)
8) Once Payment is complete, your order will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail International.
*You have 5 days to pay for the order. After 5 days we will assume you are not interested and your order will be canceled.

*Important:We ship through the US Postal Service Priority Mail International Services Insured. Please note that international packages can take one week or longer to arrive. All International packages must pass through customs. Delays in your countries customs office may occur and unfortunately are beyond our control. Please note that International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery. In the event your package does not arrive within two weeks, let us know and we will contact USPS to start an investigation. Investigations may take 2-3 weeks to complete and is beyond our control.
